PageProof supports embedded subtitles and separate subtitle files (like SRT or VTT). This enables accurate reviews of timing, formatting, readability, spelling – all in the context of the video itself.

- Upload your file – from MP4, MOV, GIF, to audio formats and more.
- Invite reviewers – manage single or multiple reviewers using workflows.
- Use the red pen – drop comments directly onto the video frame, specific timecodes, or audio waveform while it plays. Controls let reviewers play, pause, skip forward/back, and even step frame-by-frame in video or scrub through audio.
You can also span comments over time to call out sequences (e.g., “fix colour from 00:32–00:45”).

For creators working in video editing tools, feedback can flow directly back into your timeline – with no guesswork or manual copy-pasting needed.

Use the PageProof plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects to send a sequence or selected timeline range for proofing. When feedback returns, comments appear as pins right on your Premiere or After Effects timeline – and you can action them, mark them done, and upload a revised version without leaving the app.
