If you design in Figma, the PageProof plugin makes sending your work for review and approval faster, smoother, and smarter. Create a proof directly from your Figma design or prototype without leaving the app – no need to download files, save out versions, or switch tools.
With your Figma file open, simply launch the PageProof plugin, click create proof, choose your proof settings, and go. In the setup screen, select your workflow (with automated reminders!), add a checklist to guide reviewers if you like, and send.
Reviewers receive a secure link to the proof and can leave feedback using powerful markup tools – including text highlighting, freehand drawing, and pins. They can also add attachments, use @mentions to draw attention, and reply to comments, all in context. Tools like spell check to catch errors, color check to verify colors and contrast, and gridlines to check alignment ensure feedback is precise and actionable.
And coming soon: comments from your PageProof proof will be visible directly in the plugin, so you can see feedback in context and stay in your creative flow.
