Easy organization of proofs, collections, and folders

PageProof streamlines the proofing process and gives clarity to where proofs are at through a powerful dashboard organized into a convenient inbox, sent, outbox, and approved areas. Even a team dashboard for team administrators who require an overarching view. Furthermore, there are several convenient features to further classify and organize proofs.

Tags and dynamic searches

Tags are automatically created when setting up proofs, however, as a proof owner, you can add and remove tags after the proof has been sent. You might wish to add tags for job numbers, product codes, or client codes for example. The powerful searching capability on the dashboard allows you to create any number of dynamic searches based on a tag that will auto-populate with proofs that match.

Tags can also be used to automate along with integrations – such as with monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Trello, and ClickUp. For example, when a proof is created with a particular tag, automatically create an item on a monday.com board and keep it in sync with the proof’s progress. The possibilities for tags are endless.

Referencing proofs and connecting with other systems

Use the reference field on a proof to link to another software tool. For example, easily open the original artwork directly in Canva, open the information card on a Trello board, open the related Asana task, open the monday.com subitem, just to name a few. The reference field can be used for any purpose you like. Coupled with the PageProof API (also known as our software development kit, or SDK), the reference field can even be wired to your own proprietary software solution – for example a digital asset management system, project management tool, print publishing software, etc.

Collections of proofs

When your team is working with multiple pieces of creative such as videos, emails, Illustrator files, websites, etc that are related to a larger project, collections will come in handy. You can create multiple proofs at once with the same, or different information such as deadlines and setup details. You can add additional proofs to the same collection as the project continues.

If you’re the owner of one of the multiple proofs in a collection, quick and easy management of proofs in the collection is a breeze with bulk actions such as adding a reviewer, adding an owner, nudging reviewers not yet finished, archiving, and more.

Rest assured, you can effortlessly share folders with other members of your team while maintaining fine-grained permissions control on a proof-by-proof basis.

Folders to organize collections

If you are creating many collections of proofs, organization of these is simple with folders. Collections can then be sorted by brand, client, season, campaigns… however you decide.

Sifting through Excel spreadsheets, emails, and cloud storage folder structures is a thing of the past. PageProof brings organization, clarity, and efficiency to everyone involved in the proofing process. Book a demo today and learn how PageProof can boost your team’s productivity.
